A comprehensive package of documents designed to protect the landlord client and ensure the maximum legal compliance.  It will include a tenancy agreement, based on the Government model tenancy but modified with clauses, proven to give additional protection to the landlord.  Initial cost is £249 and then £99 per year for annual updates. 

All clients will receive a fortnightly summary update of legislative changes, court decisions and other matters relating to the private rented sector.
